Our Designers
Tony
Tony has been with Creative by Design for almost 20 years. Prior to this, he worked as a design consultant for a renovation company, which allowed him to see the big picture in renovation projects and understand construction methods.
He really enjoys meeting his clients, getting to know them, and understanding their needs. Tony’s passion is helping people get organised, and he loves to exceed his clients’ expectations from concept to completion.
When Tony is not designing, you’ll find him playing golf, planning a holiday, or spending time with others.
Renee
Renee has always been a creative person, studying at ANU Art School before beginning a career in Interior Design. She’s been with Creative by Design for over 10 years, and also has a Diploma in Interior Design and Decorating.
She loves working with clients through the entire design process – from conceptualising ideas to seeing the finished product in their homes. Always up for a challenge, Renee enjoys creating pieces that are both stylish and highly functional, and is touched by the positive impact the designs have on her clients’ daily routine and lives.
As a proud mum of two young girls, when Renee is not designing you’ll find her spending time with her family, and looking forward to being able to share her favourite experiences with her daughters as they get older.
Susan
Susan has been with Creative by Design for 10 years and is a qualified interior designer with over 15 years’ experience.
She loves the journey she takes with clients to help their homes work better for them, and is excited by social media apps that have allowed people to share and view an abundance of design possibilities. Susan enjoys making a difference to people’s homes, and relishes the opportunity to be part of designing practical and beautiful kitchens.
When she’s not designing, you’ll find Susan relaxing at home, doing a bit of gardening or cooking in her kitchen. She also loves getting together with family and friends over a good meal and a glass of champagne, and often finds herself fielding design questions!
Annette
Annette is an experienced designer with a Degree in Architecture and a Masters in Interior Design which she gained in Italy. As a passionate traveller, Annette has worked as an architect and design professional across the world, gaining a broad view of inspired design that is now inculcated in her work.
Her favourite part of the creative process is delving deep into design work with spatial plans, materials, design inspiration boards, and creative decisions that give life to an initial concept – uniting colour palettes, textures, shapes and sizes to create a holistic design.
Annette loves helping her clients realise their aspirations by applying her knowledge and skills to achieve their vision.
Elizabeth
After designing bathrooms in Sydney and London for the past three and a half years, qualified interior designer Elizabeth has returned home to continue her design career with Creative by Design.
Elizabeth loves sketching out designs that wow her clients, and delights in the excitement when installation is complete, and the design is ready to use.
When she’s not designing, you’ll find Elizabeth reading sci-fi novels, participating in fun runs, and indulging her love of drawing.
Fereshteh
Fereshteh has recently completed a Diploma in Interior Design at TAFE NSW, and working in the design industry has been her dream since she was young and moved to Australia.
Her favourite part of the design process is seeing her designs come to life, and seeing the happy expressions on the faces of her clients when they have their final product.
When Fereshteh is not designing, you will find her spending time with family and friends, as well as introducing handmade artwork from her native land of Iran to the Australian people.
