How Creative by Design started
Founded in Sydney in 1985 as the Creative Wardrobe Company, the business quickly established a foothold as the industry leader in custom wardrobes, offering a unique end-to-end service of design, manufacture, and installation. As the company became known for its clever storage solutions, the name was changed to Creative by Design in 2001 to reflect its new position as a market leader in custom home storage solutions. Since then, the company has expanded interstate via franchisees that have brought their love for design and years of experience into thousands of clients’ homes all across Australia.

Meet the owners
After many years of running their own Creative by Design franchise in Canberra and Melbourne, Greg and Rosana are a strong team and in 2014 became the proud owners of Creative by Design nationally.
Rosana has been a wardrobe designer since the early 1990s. Learning on the job, she worked closely with interior designers, spent time in production, and on-site with installers to understand how the process works from end to end. After extensive experience within design, Rosana moved into management, being awarded with Sales Manager of the Year and Franchise of the Year.
Greg is an engineer, with a long history of running successful businesses. His brilliant entrepreneurial mindset, deep knowledge of the marketplace, and hands-on experience with machinery and engineering have allowed him to support and guide the company through challenges and growth. Greg is passionate about keeping things local and producing the highest quality results for clients.
